About Me!!!

After having my 3 boys, I felt like it was really difficult to find the motivation to exercise. I don't like going to the gym, I didn't want to use the creche at the gym and by the end of the day, I didn't have the energy to take myself off to do a class when I was ready for a cuppa and sit down........ to be honest the list of reasons to not exercise felt endless!

Knowing the importance of moving my body for both physical and mental wellbeing, I decided to take the plunge and get a PT to allow myself to try and get back into some sort of exercise routine. I did 10 sessions and honestly enjoyed every second! I fell in love with the feeling that exercise gave me.

Exercise does wonders for people! I can never stress enough the enormous impact it has on your mental health as well as your cardiovascular health, but I think more importantly than having this knowledge is understanding that exercise needs to be fun, it needs to be something you don't dread and something you want to do, or it becomes impossible to stick at.

I want to help people feel fabulous rolling into the weekend, feeling the happiest versions of themselves. I want to help people fall in love with exercise, continue with exercise, and push themselves with exercise.

I decided to create my own home gym, where people are able to choose between reasonably priced PT sessions and/or group fitness sessions at the times that best suit their needs, somewhere where babies, toddlers and kids are welcome and where friendships are formed.
